We welcome you to take advantage of the exchange or return service. Customers have the right to exchange or return items if they are not satisfied with the product, according to the following:
Return and exchange terms:
- Customers can exchange or return their purchases within 3 days of receiving the shipment for returnable items.
- Food items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error in the order or product.
- The product must be in the same condition as when received, in the original packaging, and with all accessories.
- The product must be unused.
- The replacement product will be sent after we receive the returned product from the shipping company.
- Refunds will be made to the same payment method used.
Return costs:
- The customer bears the return cost of 35 riyals.
- The customer does not bear the shipping costs in the event of an exchange or return in the following cases:
- The customer received a product other than the one he ordered.
- Product breakage or malfunction caused by shipping company error.
- The product is defective for any other reason.

Any electrical or electronic product is under the warranty of a local agent. We advise customers to contact the agent directly regarding any problems they may encounter with a product purchased from our online store or one of our showrooms. - In the event of a return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase within 7 to 15 business days, depending on the bank that issued the card.
