Mama Beti coffee from Uganda grows at high altitudes between 1700 and 2100 meters above sea level, where the temperate climate and cool air slow the ripening of the coffee beans, allowing for greater density and deeper, more nuanced flavors. This altitude, combined with the rich African soil, gives the coffee a well-defined and balanced character in the cup.

The crop was processed using a natural drying method , which highlights the natural sweetness and enhances the ripe fruit flavors, with a warming finish. This method allows the fruit to fully express its character within the bean, making the experience richer and more sensory.

In the cup, the journey begins with notes of ripe red apple, leading into a clean, pleasant acidity, followed by a distinct cherry that adds balanced fruity depth. As sips continue, a smooth, maple-syrup -like sweetness emerges , before the experience concludes with a warm cocoa touch that gives the coffee a beautiful balance and a comfortable, velvety finish—an elegant experience without harshness or heaviness.
