The person pouring it must stand, hold the coffee pot in his left hand and offer it to his guests with his right hand.

Origin of Arabic coffee:
There are many sayings that accompanied the knowledge of the first appearance of coffee, as studies have shown that the 15th century AD is the first time we knew about coffee, especially in the country of Yemen. Some said that it was growing wild in the land of Abyssinia (Ethiopia) now, and some said that it entered the country with Turkish merchants during their conquests, especially in the era of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent, and from here it began to be transmitted and spread throughout the Arab world as a whole. It is worth noting that at the beginning of its existence, it faced a lot of opposition from the sheikhs in Yemen, and students of knowledge in Yemen transmitted it to Egypt where they studied within the halls of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, to help them relieve stress and increase concentration, and as happened in Yemen, it happened in Egypt. It met with great objection at first from the people, but then it spread to Mecca and all Arab countries and became an exceptional drink that cannot be dispensed with.
