What is black coffee?
Black coffee is one of the most famous types of coffee. It is made of coffee beans, whether Arabica or Robusta or a mixture of them, that have been roasted to a high degree until they reach a dark brown color tending to black, which is why it is called black coffee. It is usually drunk in the morning because it is served in small quantities in a small cup called a dose. Black coffee is prepared manually or using a distillation machine, and it does not contain any other additives such as sugar, milk, creamers or artificial sweeteners. This is done according to the person’s desire, and many of them, especially in the Gulf countries, want to add cardamom to it, for more aromatic flavor and to reduce its bitterness.
