How to prepare Hay Goji Hampela coffee 250g:

To prepare using a filter:

Prepare your tools: a scale, a grinder, a kettle at 90–93°C, and a filter such as a V60

Grind 15–18g of coffee to a medium grind

Rinse the filter paper with hot water

Start by pouring 30–40 ml of water to moisten the coffee, then wait 30–40 seconds.

Continue pouring gradually until you reach 250–300 ml within 2:30–3 minutes.
